The Windy City Legal™ public advocacy law clinic was founded in 2000 by Senior Counsel, Lou Meza, Esq., and has since provided thousands of hours of Pro Bono legal services at no cost to the good people of Chicago and surrounding suburbs for all manner of legal proceedings both civil and criminal in nature.
Raised in an environment of ministry and public advocacy involving community outreach efforts, public charity, group counseling, and substance abuse treatment, Attorney Lou Meza remains committed to providing competent and compassionate legal services to Chicagoland residents most in need.
